Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living - Chestnut Park at Cleveland Circle in Boston is seeking a Part-Time Server to join our Dining Services and deliver exceptional hospitality to residents.

You will welcome residents, take orders, deliver meals, keep the dining room clean and safe, assist with selections, and follow food safety guidelines. Previous hospitality or server experience is preferred and a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant, server, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about serving others.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve residents with professionalism and kindness.
• Take meal and beverage orders and deliver meals promptly.
• Set up and maintain the dining room before and after meal service.
• Assist residents with meal selections and special requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining environment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines.
