Job summary

Southminster is seeking dining servers to join our award-winning retirement community in Charlotte. Earn a predictable hourly wage with benefits, without relying on tips. We offer a high-volume, fine dining atmosphere across 5 venues, with opportunities to serve residents and guests in a meaningful setting.

Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous server experience preferred; ServSafe or Tips certification is a plus. Equal opportunity employer with E-Verify.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a server in a full-service restaurant.
• Possess basic math skills and operate a point-of-sale system.
• 1–3 years of experience working as a server in a full-service restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Take resident orders.
• Make recommendations about menu items to residents and guests.
• Deliver food with a pleasant demeanor and ensure guests/residents are served timely.
• Set up tables and provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for our residents.

What You'll Do:
