Job summary

Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Massachusetts is seeking a part-time Dining Associate to support our Continuing Care dining room. You will greet residents, coordinate with seaters, and assist servers and the kitchen to keep service smooth and enjoyable for our residents.

Responsibilities include assisting with prep, stocking, serving, post-meal cleanup, and ensuring residents receive proper nutrition.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a food service environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible with schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents on arrival at the restaurant.
• Coordinate with seaters to help servers and kitchen staff work efficiently.
• Assist with preparation, stocking, serving and post-meal cleanup.
• Ensure residents receive adequate nutritional intake.
• Answer phones professionally and follow up on requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in front of house and kitchen.
• Assist in training the wait staff.
