Job summary

The New Jersey Institute of Technology is recruiting a pool of applicants to teach Digital Design at the undergraduate and graduate levels on an ongoing basis. Adjunct instructors will be given the learning objectives for each class and may also apply to teach courses in the School of Art + Design with AD prefixes.

Qualified candidates must hold a design-related bachelor’s degree (or equivalent industry experience); an advanced degree or significant industry experience is preferred for graduate

Qualifications

• Must possess a design-related Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a bachelor’s degree with appropriate industry experience to teach undergraduate courses.
• Advanced degree or significant equivalent industry experience required to teach at the graduate level.

Responsibilities

• Teaching: Integrate core concepts from past courses into the one being taught.
• Communicate with students, faculty, and administration on student progress throughout the semester.
