Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop nutrition care plans
• Provide nutrition counseling and education tailored to individual patient needs
• Lead nutrition-focused groups and educational sessions
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses and other clinicians
• Support meal planning and healthy nutrition practices
• Monitor progress and adjust nutrition interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
• Integrate nutrition into each patient's recovery and treatment plan
