Job summary

Genesis is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to support our nursing center's food service operations. You will help prepare and deliver meals, assist with meal trays, and maintain clean and safe dining areas in accordance with policies and regulations.

The role requires English proficiency and a high school diploma or equivalent, with opportunities for growth within a collaborative care environment. Weekend and holiday shifts are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure safety and well-being of patients/residents.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely handle food and equipment according to all policies and procedures.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties.
• Deliver and retrieve food carts.
• Set up meal trays and work meal tray line position.
• Prepare snacks and beverages in between meals.
