Fleetwood Post Acute, a 102-bed skilled nursing facility in Easley, SC, is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to assist with meal preparation, service, and kitchen operations, ensuring residents receive meals that meet dietary needs in a safe and welcoming setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare or food service setting preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler's Certificate.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Compassion for the geriatric population.

Responsibilities

• Set up and distribute meal trays according to dietary guidelines.
• Assist with meal service and food preparation.
• Clear trays, wash dishes, and operate the dishwasher.
• Monitor and record dishwasher temperature and sanitation levels.
• Prepare snacks and nourishments.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen and dining areas.
• Clean kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas.
• Store food and supplies safely and neatly.
• Follow all food safety and infection control procedures.
• Assist the cook and dietary supervisor as needed.
