Job summary

Powdersville Post Acute is seeking a reliable Dietary Aide to join our dietary department in Easley, SC. The role focuses on quality meal service and maintaining a clean, sanitary dining environment for residents.

The position is part-time with flexible scheduling and PRN opportunities within our network. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), a Food Handler's Certificate (preferred), and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Handler's Certificate preferred.
• Previous food service experience is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow facility food service procedures and routines.
• Set up resident meal trays accurately and efficiently.
• Serve meals and assist residents during meal service as needed.
• Clear and break down meal trays following service.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and monitor sanitation levels.
• Prepare snacks and supplements for residents.
• Maintain sanitary kitchen and dietary areas and store supplies.
• Assist cooks and dietary supervisors as needed.
