Accolade Healthcare of Danville is seeking a Dietary Aide to serve meals to residents, visitors, and staff in a friendly, professional manner. You will assist with tray preparation, food prep, meal delivery, and kitchen sanitation, while ensuring accuracy with physician orders and dietary restrictions.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, strong customer service, reliability, and willingness to work weekends and holidays; Food Handlers certification is required or

Responsabilidades

• Prepare tray line with napkins, wrapped silverware, trays, lids for plates, placemats.
• Complete food prep for tray line and cooler.
• Puree food as needed.
• Place food and beverage items on trays according to meal requests or physicians' orders.
• Stock carts with ice water and iced tea for lunch.
• Load and deliver cards to various areas of the Facility, including individual resident rooms and group dining rooms
• Complete food prep for the next day.
• Serve lunch on tray line.
• Check dates and rotate stock as required by facility policy
• Clear tables and sanitize tables and tabletop items.
• Empty carts and take out trash.
• Wipe inside and outside and fronts of carts with sanitizer solution.
• Clean coffee pots and other kitchen equipment.
• Clean up kitchen and wash dishes.
• Prepare kitchen and dining rooms for the next meal.
• Answer kitchen phone as needed.
• Perform other related work as required or requested.

AHC DIETARY AIDE JOB DESCRIPTION

At Accolade Healthcare the Dietary Aide serves food to residents, visitors, and employees in a friendly, professional manner, while providing outstanding customer service. In addition, works with other team members to prep foods, deliver to resident rooms and resident dining, wash dishes, and clean kitchens.
