Job summary

Cura Hospitality is seeking a Part-Time Diet Clerk in Shakopee, MN. You will help manage meal service flow during dining operations and ensure accurate nutritional information is represented for patients and residents.

Two shifts per week, with a focus on quality patient care and diet compliance. Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field is required, with knowledge of medical nutritional needs and at least one year of relevant experience.

The Role at a glance?

We are looking to add a skilled, experienced Part-Time Diet Clerk to our healthcare team in Shakopee, MN. As a Diet Clerk with Cura Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to manage the flow of meal service during dining operations. *This position will be scheduled 2 days per week.*

What you'll be doing?

• Managing nutritional data software.
• Inputting nutritional information.
• Addressing concerns regarding nutritional information and menu content.

What we're looking for?

Must-haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of nutritional recommendations, especially for medical needs.
• At least one years’ experience in nutrition or related field.

Nice-to-haves:

• Knowledge of SureQuest Food Service Management Systems.

Compensation Range:
