Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Part-Time Dialysis Technician to join its team in Ocala, FL. You will provide direct patient care under supervision, operate dialysis machines, monitor vitals, and document treatments.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and compassionate care for patients with end-stage renal disease. The position offers a two-day work week, two Saturdays a month, and benefits such as a 401(k) match and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification or completion upon starting.
• Dialysis certification required.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job.
• Minimum of two years dialysis technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care under supervision, initiating and discontinuing dialysis per orders.
• Monitor vitals, weight, and vascular access; report abnormalities to the nurse.
• Set up, operate, and safety-check dialysis machines; administer heparin as allowed by state law.
• Accurately document treatment details and prepare lab specimens as prescribed.
• Deliver excellent service to patients and families while maintaining a clean, safe environment.
