Job summary

CharDonnay Dialysis, LLC. is seeking a Part-time Correctional Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) for the Bridgewater Correctional Facility in Bridgewater, MA.

The RN will deliver hemodialysis treatments, provide high-quality nursing care, and work with a collaborative healthcare team in a correctional setting. The role requires MA RN licensure, CPR certification, and at least one year of hemodialysis experience; two to three years is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts and current CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand and communicate in English.
• Minimum one year of Hemodialysis RN experience; two to three years preferred, within the past two years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hemodialysis treatments and provide high quality nursing care.
• Assess patients, document care, and communicate with the nurse in charge.
• Utilize assessment, technical, teamwork and leadership skills daily.
• Maintain unit operations including setup, supplies, and safety procedures.
