Job summary

DaVita Medford, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team. You will deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced, supportive environment, manage treatment plans, and collaborate with a clinical team including Patient Care Technicians.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in Massachusetts with ADN; BSN preferred, strong computer skills, and willingness to float to accommodate staffing. Dialysis experience is a plus; training provided.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• ADN degree required; BSN preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Reliable transportation for potential floating.
• Experience in ICU/CCU/ER/Med Surg.
• Dialysis experience preferred: CNN/CDN.

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team in Medford, MA.

In this role, you'll provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
• Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options

What to Expect:

• Fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Long-term patient relationships
• Broad nursing skill application with medically complex patients
• Paid training provided

Schedule:

• 15-20 Hours per week
• Mon - Wed - Fri
• PM / Evening Hours (6 PM - Midnight)
• Training to occur during regular business hours

Qualifications:

• RN license in the state of practice
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation for potential floating
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg
• Preferred: CNN/CDN certification (Dialysis Experienced)
