Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Part-Time Dialysis Nurse to join its team in Georgia. The nurse will supervise dialysis care in line with policy and train and oversee the dialysis technicians.

You will work closely with physicians to coordinate care, document interventions, and ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.

This role supports a two-day-per-week schedule with two Saturdays per month, offering competitive pay and benefits including 401k match and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct hemodialysis care, performs assessments, administers medications, and educates patients on renal health.
• Delegates tasks to dialysis technicians, supervises their performance, ensures compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
• Monitors patient response to dialysis, adjusts treatment plans as needed, and ensures accurate documentation of interventions and outcomes.
• Works closely with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care, report critical lab results, and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Maintains accurate electronic medical records, ensures timely completion of care plans, and adheres to safety and regulatory protocols.
