Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN license; CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely and accurate patient assessments in person or via patient communications.
• Provide full range of nursing care: vitals, medications, vaccines, procedures, and patient comfort.
• Coordinate care plans, communicate results, and arrange referrals with the care team.
• Maintain high-quality documentation in the EMR and ensure compliance with privacy and infection-control policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and staff to support efficient clinic operations and patient experience.
• Adapt to fluctuating patient volumes and clinic needs to sustain safe, patient-centered care.
