Job summary

NeighborHealth is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Dermatologist to provide comprehensive outpatient dermatology care at our Winthrop site. The role involves evaluating and treating a diverse patient population, performing skin biopsies and other office-based procedures, and coordinating referrals as needed.

The position is part-time, 16 clinical hours per week, onsite at 17 Main Street – WCHC, with a compensation of $315 per hour (gross).

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology.
• Active Massachusetts medical license.
• Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration (MCSR).
• Current DEA registration.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient dermatology care for a diverse patient population.
• Perform office-based dermatologic procedures (biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions).
• Prescribe medications, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients on treatment options and preventive skin care.
• Coordinate referrals with primary care and other specialists.
