Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist for a part-time role in Wycombe, PA. You will handle the entire clinical patient experience from exam to treatment, including in-office specialty services such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Responsibilities include promoting oral health, diagnosing diseases, creating treatment plans, and maintaining patient records. Benefits include a 401k, continuing education, and mentorship within a supportive network of Doctors.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry
