Job summary

42 North Dental, built by dentists for dentists, invites a dedicated Dentist to join our established practice in the United States. You will oversee the entire clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Part-Time schedule: Saturday sessions monthly and daily rate between $750 and $900 USD.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Malpractice insurance proof.
• BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and professional ethics.
• Stay updated on new developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
