Job summary

42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA seeks a part-time General Dentist to manage the patient experience from initial exam through delivery of care. In-office specialty services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The Dentist will follow a schedule of 2-3 days per week with a daily 8AM-5PM or 10AM-7PM window, and compensation includes a daily guarantee or a percentage of collections up to 36%.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry is required.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination is required.
• Proof of malpractice insurance is required.
• Current BLS or CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on options and preventive care.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and surrounding tissues.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep up-to-date with new developments and continuing education.
