Qualifikationen

• DMD or DDS degree required from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry in the United States.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.
