This independent contractor position offers a focused, mission-driven practice with organizational support and scheduled days (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays preferred) consistent with an established, community-based model.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program.
• Active Colorado dental license.
• Experience treating senior populations preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and chairside manner.
• Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide exams, preventive services, extractions, and basic restorative procedures.
• Diagnose and manage oral health conditions common in aging populations.
• Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team.
