42 North Dental in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care across exams, treatment planning, and in-office procedures. You will join a team that supports continuing education and professional collaboration.

Compensation includes a daily rate of 750–900 USD, with benefits such as 401(k) and ongoing education opportunities, reflecting the practice’s commitment to high standards and patient care.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Malpractice insurance proof.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance
