42 North Dental in Bartonsville, PA seeks a Part-Time Dentist to deliver comprehensive care from exams to restorative procedures, with in-office specialties. You will educate patients, create plans, and maintain records while upholding high standards of ethics and professionalism.

The role features a schedule including two Saturdays per month (7 AM–12 PM) and a daily rate of $750–$900 USD, with strong emphasis on continuing education and mentorship within a collaborative network of doctors.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and conditions.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Keep abreast of new developments and best practices.
