Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Part-time General Dentist in New Haven, CT. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to delivery of care, with in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will diagnose, educate, and create tailored treatment plans while maintaining patient records and upholding high ethical standards. The firm offers a strong compensation model with annual rate $100,000–$140,000 USD and extensive continuing

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatment.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients’ medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed.

Education
