Job summary

DentServ in New York is seeking Part-time Dentists to join our growing multi-location practice. We offer flexible scheduling for a strong work/life balance, with no weekends or evenings. You’ll focus on clinical dentistry while our support staff, supplies, labs, and equipment are provided.

Qualified candidates hold a DMD/DDS, NYS license in good standing, and have excellent chairside and communication skills. Availability of 1–4 weekdays per month is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DMD/DDS from an accredited program.
• Current and unrestricted NYS dental license.
• Strong chairside manner and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general dentistry as part of the practice.
• Provide examinations, treatment planning, x-rays, prophylaxis, restorations, dentures fabrication/repair, extractions within general practice.
• Maintain infection control and aseptic techniques in the dental office.
• Document treatments in EMR and supervise attending dental team.
• Develop treatment plans and discuss them with patients to ensure understanding and consent.
