Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a part-time dentist to join our Boston-rooted practice in Montgomery County, PA. The role covers the full patient experience from exam to treatment, including in-office specialties such as periodontics and endodontics.

Expect a strong new-patient flow with flexible hours and opportunities for CE events. The position offers a part-time schedule, with two Saturdays per month from 7 AM to 12 PM, and a daily rate of $750-$900 USD.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
