Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist in Pennsylvania to join our established practice. You will manage the full patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

This part-time role offers a steady flow of new patients, flexible Saturday hours, and benefits for full-time equivalent hours, including health insurance, 401K, and opportunities for continuing education through Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.

Education

DMD or DDS degree (ADA CODA accredited)

State dental license

Hepatitis B vaccination
