Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a part-time Dentist (24 hours/week) to join Turney Center Industrial Annex in Clifton, Tennessee. The role provides comprehensive dental care to incarcerated patients, including exams, extractions, restorations, prosthetics, prophylaxis, fluoride, and endodontics.

The position offers a day shift, compensation includes a $20,000 retention bonus, and requires a DDS/DMD, Tennessee license, DEA registration or ability to obtain, and BLS.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree required.
• Active unrestricted Tennessee license.
• DEA license or ability to obtain one.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to pass background, drug screening and credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive professional dental treatment to incarcerated patients.
• Perform routine exams, simple extractions, restorations, prosthetic services, prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and endodontic treatments.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure patient care and safety.
• Adhere to facility policies and documentation standards.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a part-time Dentist (24 hours/week) to join our team at Turney Center Industrial Annex located in Clifton, Tennessee.

The Dentist provides comprehensive professional dental treatment to address the oral health needs of incarcerated patients including routine recall exams, simple extractions, restorations, prosthetic services, prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and endodontic treatments.

Shift Details

• Day shift
• Monday - Friday with flexibility in days of the week
