42North Dental in Kempton, PA seeks a licensed Dentist to lead the patient experience from initial exam and treatment planning to delivery of care, with in-office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role is part-time with two Saturdays per month (7 AM–12 PM) and a daily rate of $750–$900 USD.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination on file.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore a patient's oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education courses and professional development
