42 North Dental in Scotrun, PA, is seeking a part-time Dentist to deliver full patient care from exams to treatment planning within a collaborative practice. You’ll contribute to in-office specialties and ensure a positive patient experience.

Daily rate ranges from $750 to $900, with ongoing continuing education, mentorship, and a strong professional network. Schedule includes Labor Day through Memorial Day and two Saturdays per month, 7 AM–12 PM.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Active state dentistry license in good standing.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS/CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review patient records and interpret x-rays and tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
