42 North Dental in Tannersville, PA seeks a Part-Time Dentist to manage the patient experience from exam through treatment delivery, with in-office specialty services and a steady flow of new patients.

You will diagnose, create and review treatment plans, educate patients, perform restorative and surgical procedures, and maintain the highest standards of care and ethics. Daily rate ranges from $750 to $900 USD.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans.
• Review, maintain and update patient records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
