Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join our patient-centered practice. This role covers the full clinical patient experience from exam to delivery of care, including in-office specialty services such as perio, endo, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The schedule is part-time with Saturdays and early morning shifts, and the practice offers comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401K, and continuing education through Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostics.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth/jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
