Job summary

42 North Dental in New Jersey is seeking a Dentist to deliver comprehensive clinical care across exams, treatment planning, and restorative procedures. The in-office scope includes periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with emphasis on patient education and high ethical standards.

Part-time role with two Saturdays per month (7AM–12PM) and a competitive daily rate of $750–$900 USD. Benefits listed below, with a strong focus on continuing education and professional growth.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited dental education program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree (ADA CODA accredited)
