Job summary

42 North Dental in Palmerton, PA seeks a licensed dentist to join our patient-centered practice. You will lead the clinical patient experience from exam and treatment planning to the delivery of care, including in-office periodontics, endodontics, and orthodontics support as needed.

Maintain the highest standards of ethics and professionalism while contributing to a collaborative team. The part-time schedule includes two Saturdays per month (7 AM–12 PM) with full-time benefits eligibility after

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program
• Current state license to practice dentistry
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current BLS or CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education
