Our mission is to work with facilities to increase access to healthcare for the geriatric population by bringing care directly to them. We provide on-site portable dentistry, podiatry, audiology and optometry at Senior Centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities and Veteran Homes across 20+ states, and we support scheduling and billing so providers can focus on patient care.

Position Summary: A compassionate and experienced Dentist (Part-Time) is needed to provide care to the elderly. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care for seniors, emphasizing comfort, respect, and proper oral health.

The opportunity is well suited for a dentist looking to supplement their schedule and income while making a positive impact. All administrative responsibilities including equipment, supplies, billing, scheduling, and more are covered, as this is an independent contractor relationship where CMC provides administrative services for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to elderly patients, including routine exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, dentures, and other procedures as required.
• Conduct oral health assessments, develop treatment plans, and offer recommendations tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Educate patients on maintaining good oral hygiene and preventing dental issues specific to aging populations.
• Work collaboratively with care staff to ensure seamless coordination of care.
• Ensure a comfortable and safe environment for elderly patients, adapting to any physical or cognitive limitations.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
• Current state dental license and other required certifications.
• Experience in geriatric dentistry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with elderly patients.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing patient-centered care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule

• 1-4 Days per week
• Weekday availability
• 8 hour day, typically from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
