Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking a skilled dentist to join a private-practice setting serving military families, veterans, federal employees, and contractors. You will build strong patient relationships, grow clinically, and work with a collaborative team backed by state-of-the-art technology.

Position offers a daily guaranteed or production-based pay structure, plus an annual CE allowance, malpractice coverage, license reimbursement, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program.
• Active Dental License in the state you are applying to.
• 1–2 years clinical experience.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a Real ID Drivers License prior to start date.
• Background check, urinalysis, shots, physical exam and vaccinations as part of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dentistry in a modern private-practice setting for military families, veterans, federal employees and contractors.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists and a supportive clinical team to deliver high-quality care.
• Leverage advanced technology, including iTero scanners, in a patient-centered workflow.

Schedule:

• Thursday & Friday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM

Requirements

• DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program
• Active Dental License (In the state you are applying to)
• 1–2 years clinical experience
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a Real ID Drivers License prior to start date.
• Pass a background (Criminal & Malpractice), urinalysis & applicable testing, shots, physical exam and vaccinations.
