Job summary

Family Health Centers of Southwest Florida is seeking a Dental Hygienist for a part-time position serving our Care Mobile patients in Lee and Hendry counties. The role offers an hourly rate of $45–$48 and follows the school calendar with minimal benefits, typically 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, during school sessions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent training and experience.
• A two or four year degree of Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Florida Board of Dentistry license.
• Bilingual skills English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial intra- and extra-oral exam of the hard and soft tissue.
• Document/chart existing restorations, carious lesions and any other findings.
• Complete health history with blood pressure.
• Perform periodontal therapies and patient education.
