Candidates must hold an active RDH license, meet CE requirements, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records while adhering to infection control standards; bilingual is a plus.

Formación

• Active license as a Dental Hygienist and current CE hours.
• 2-year degree in dental hygiene or equivalent.
• Experience with dental software and patient education.

Responsabilidades

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance procedures for patients.
• Conduct oral health assessments and screenings, identifying potential oral health issues.
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide guidance on maintaining optimal oral health.
• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures as required.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest dental hygiene practices and technologies by attending continuing education courses and maintaining required certifications and licenses.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to infection control protocols and sterilization procedures.
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide a seamless and positive patient experience.
• Participate in community outreach and education programs to promote oral health awareness.
