Job Description

• Provide preventive dental care periodontal therapy and routine cleanings
• Perform oral health assessments and screenings
• Take and develop dental X rays as needed
• Educate and motivate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and healthy lifestyle habits
• Collaborate closely with our dentists and clinical team to deliver seamless patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Registered Dental Hygienist RDH license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Patient focused approach to care
• Ability to educate patients and confidently discuss oral health and periodontal conditions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain an efficient hygiene schedule while providing thorough high quality care
