Qualifications

• Graduate of a CODA-accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Current and valid Georgia Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical dental hygiene experience.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical instruction and supervision to dental hygiene students.
• Evaluate student performance and assess achievement of clinical competencies.
• Guide students in providing safe, ethical, and patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate student evaluations and clinical records.
• Participate in faculty meetings, calibration sessions, and professional development activities as required.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to support program goals and accreditation standards.
• Serve as a professional role model for students.
