Kansas City Dental Assistant School - Lee's Summit in Lee's Summit, MO is hiring a Part-Time Dental Assistant Instructor for our ongoing 12-week hands-on clinical training programs.

Schedule: Saturdays, 7:0 am – 6:30pm (breaks included). Location: Lee’s Summit, MO 64063 (In-Person). Compensation: $22-$28, depending on experience.

What you'll do: Demonstrate chairside procedures, teach radiology, coach students, provide feedback, maintain safety, and foster a structured learning environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental assisting or chairside experience.
• Active Radiology Certification.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Strong communicator able to explain procedures clearly.
• Ability to commute to Lee's Summit location.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate chairside procedures and clinical techniques.
• Teach radiology fundamentals and safety protocols.
• Coach students during hands-on lab practice.
• Provide performance feedback and skills assessments.
• Maintain infection control and classroom safety standards.
• Foster a supportive, structured learning environment.
