Requirements include two years or more of chairside dental assisting experience, active x-ray certification, and compliance with state dental assistant requirements. CPR/BLS preferred; valid driver's license and reliable transportation are expected.

• Active x-ray Certification required; OS experience is a plus.
• Must meet Dental Assistant state requirements; valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
