Job summary

Platinum Dental is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. Schedule: Mon – Thurs 2:00 – 7:00 pm. We offer growth, monthly bonuses, comprehensive benefits, PTO and paid holidays to eligible full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a dental assistant.
• X-ray certified is required or preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable and well-organized with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of sterilization techniques and dental instrument handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians and support the clinical team in daily procedures.
• Maintain sterile environment and proper instrument sterilization.
• Provide excellent patient care, comfort, and communication throughout visits.
• Support patient flow, scheduling, and front-desk coordination as needed.
