Elite Dental Partners is seeking a Part-Time Dental Assistant to join a patient-focused team in Illinois. The role involves chair-side support, patient education, and efficient operatory setup and cleanup to ensure a smooth workflow.

The ideal candidate will have completed a dental assisting program with radiology certification, plus experience or a strong willingness to learn Dentrix and general practice software.

Qualificações

• Completion of a dental assisting program and state board certification.
• Radiology certification required to be compliant with the State Dental Board.
• Dental assisting experience preferred.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with a dental software, experience with Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to partnering with all team members to create a great environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide chair-side support to dentists and hygienists, including charting, education, and operatory setup/cleanup.
• Deliver a superior patient experience at all phases of their appointment.
• Take and process X-Rays.
• Enter patient treatment plans and maintain files.
• Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatories.
• Educate patients on oral health and maintenance.

• Provide chair-side clinical support to Dentists and Hygienists by charting, patient education, operatory set-up and clean-up
• Deliver a superior patient experience at all phases of their appointment
• Take and process X-Rays

• Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatories
• Educate patients on the importance of their oral health and how it is best maintained

• Completion of a dental assisting program, certification as required by the State Dental Board
• Radiology certification required to be compliant with the State Dental Board
• Dental assisting experience preferred
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with a dental software, experience with Dentrix preferred
