Job summary

Fastenal Co. is hiring a Part-time Fulfillment Specialist in Leominster, MA 01453. You will deliver inventory to customer sites, perform vending replenishments, and maintain equipment as part of our local route.

The role emphasizes multitasking in a fast-paced environment with strong communication, organization, and a customer-focused mindset. This position operates on a part-time schedule with a pay range of $15–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

Proficient written and oral communication skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented.
Demonstrate attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.
Work independently as well as in a team environment.
Lift, slide, carry and lower packages weighing 25–50 lbs (up to 75 lbs).
Pass the required drug screen (US, PR, Guam).

Responsibilities

Making deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites.
Performing replenishment and maintenance of vending equipment.
Interacting with customers during deliveries.
Placing and fulfilling orders at customer sites.
Performing other duties to ensure branch success.
