Fastenal Co. is hiring a part-time Fulfillment Specialist in Mequon, WI. You will deliver inventory, replenish vending equipment, and support customer needs daily from the Mequon branch.

The role offers shared local routes with flexible daytime hours, requiring strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. You will represent us delivering solutions and maintaining equipment at customer sites.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Proficient written and oral communication.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented.
• Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Making deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites.
• Performing replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment.
• Interacting with customers while making deliveries.
• Placing and fulfilling orders at customer sites.
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success.
