Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Broadview, IL is seeking a part-time Fulfillment Specialist who will deliver inventory to customer sites, replenish vending equipment, and interact with customers during deliveries.

This role requires the ability to lift 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs, and it operates Mon-Fri 7:00am–5:00pm for up to 28 hours per week at the Broadview Public Store. The position emphasizes strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills, with on-the-job training and growth

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Possess a current full valid driver's license and able to meet driving record requirements
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Customer service oriented and self-motivated

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites
• Perform replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment
• Interact with customers during deliveries
• Place and fulfill orders at customer sites
• Perform other duties to ensure branch success
