Domino's Pizza in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Delivery Driver to join Team Sharma as a key link between hot, fresh pizzas and customers' doors. This part-time role offers you a chance to learn the delivery business, provide friendly service, and contribute to timely orders.

You will navigate the delivery area, handle basic math for orders, and work well under a fast-paced environment. Domino's promotes from within, offering a path into management through our Development Program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid U.S. employment authorization.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that passes regular safety inspections.
• Safety Monitoring: willing to have a video monitor installed in the vehicle.
• During downtime, you will sweep, mop, clean up, do dishes, and assist around the store.

Responsibilities

• Possess navigational skills to locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Read maps and navigate to designated addresses, including multi-story buildings.
• Provide an outstanding and friendly attitude toward customer service.
• Demonstrate basic math skills for transactions and order accuracy.
• Work well with others and stay composed in a high-paced environment.
• Be organized, efficient in time management, and able to multitask.
• Respond to customer concerns and questions promptly.
• Follow Domino's Policies and Team Sharma guidelines.
• Ensure all store calls are answered after the first ring.
