Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Basic automotive knowledge.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and automotive advice to both DIY shoppers and commercial customers.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial accounts to ensure smooth operations and strong relationships.
• Drive company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts safely and on schedule, loading and unloading as needed.
• Process returns, cores, and parts pickups from nearby stores or vendors per route plans.
• Maintain safety by following PPE guidelines and fleet policies, ensuring a safe driving environment.
• Handle cash and payments securely in accordance with company policies.
• Stay informed about promotions and automotive products; report vehicle issues promptly.
