Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking an part-time SWDS Driver to deliver products from Store #708137 in Puyallup, WA. You will load orders, ensure on-time, accurate deliveries, and maintain vehicle safety.

Candidates must be 21+, legally authorized to work in the U.S., have a valid license, and be able to lift up to 70 lbs as needed. Responsibilities include customer interaction, route adherence, and completing all required paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have a meets expectations rating.
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure deliveries are prepared to meet customer requirements in the most efficient manner.
• Load customer orders properly on the truck.
• Ensure appropriate forms are completed.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner.
• Maintain the store vehicle and alert the supervisor to repair and servicing needs.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints from customers.
• Adhere to assigned routes and time schedules.
• Abide by transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
• Operate equipment and machines such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
• Perform other store tasks including warehouse duties, tinting, and mixing customer orders.
